Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity and contribute to a smooth daily life.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work this summer with our female client in Trädet, located between Falköping and Ulricehamn

• has very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• has a driver's license and a car to get to the workplace

• has experience with low-arousal approaches

• has experience in similar work within care/support or personal assistance

• is not allergic to pets

It is also meritorious if you:

• have experience with epilepsy

• have experience working with blind individuals

• share the client's interests in Disney movies, walks, outings, shopping, etc.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment level, and salary:

The current employment form is "hourly employment and summer substitute". The summer position of approximately 75% is during weeks 28 - 36. We would like you to start the introduction/hourly employment with our client as soon as possible.

The working hours are primarily scheduled during evenings and weekends, but day shifts also occur. Monday - Friday 7-16 or 16-22. Saturday and Sunday 7-22 (you work only Saturday or Sunday).

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation is according to collective agreement.
