Job Description

Do you want to help create a vital difference for vulnerable people? Then the job as a treatment coordinator at SiS is a meaningful role. The starting point of our treatment work is to motivate people towards new and less destructive ways of living. You will work in a team of dedicated colleagues, and with your combined expertise, you have the opportunity to achieve good results. As a treatment coordinator, you will conduct treatment conversations and have special responsibility for documentation and the forms and instruments used in treatment. You will collaborate with various functions regarding mapping, establishing, and following up on treatment plans. The role of treatment coordinator also includes an additional responsibility to mentor new employees and interns. An important shared mission for all employees is to contribute to creating a safe environment and ensuring that safety at the institution is maintained according to procedures. The job can often be demanding but is also stimulating, joyful, and varied.

Our vision is to be a place for change, and this permeates our interactions, our commitment, and our approach.

Qualifications

Your personal suitability is key to life-changing transformations. Therefore, you need to have a good ability to create engagement and participation. Equally important is that you have a solid positive view of people, are empathetic, and can build good relationships. You have strong communication skills and can remain calm even in pressured situations. You also have a good ability to collaborate with others and are willing to share your knowledge with colleagues. In the role of treatment coordinator, experience and ability to coordinate are required, so you need to be good at planning and structuring your work, able to work independently, and take your own initiative. Since the treatment work is documented and discussed with various stakeholders, high demands are placed on good Swedish in both spoken and written form.

You should also have:

  • Relevant higher education, such as a social worker, social pedagogue, or other health/behavioral science education, or post-secondary education such as treatment pedagogue, with extensive experience in program operations.
  • Experience in conducting motivational and treatment work individually and/or in groups.
  • Good Swedish in spoken and written form.
  • Driving license B
