F&B Coordinator at Gothia Towers
Gothia Towers is a place for meetings and experiences for people from all over the world. A four-star hotel with 1200 tastefully decorated rooms and magnificent views of the city, as well as several popular restaurants and bars catering to all tastes. Here, there are over 40,000 square meters of experience space for parties, events, shows, conferences, and congresses – all under one roof. Gothia Towers is part of the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre.
We are looking for an F&B Coordinator to join our team for public restaurants and banquets and events!

About the role
As an F&B Coordinator, you will respond to inquiries regarding our overall offerings, as well as capacity and parallel issues for food and beverage related to sales and bookings. You will be involved in providing the right materials and information to enable effective sales. The role also focuses on preparing the restaurant portfolio for public restaurants. Support restaurant managers in optimizing their respective restaurants, respond to inquiries regarding larger bookings and mingling, and be responsible for the process during menu changes.

In the role of Food & Beverage Coordinator, you act as the hub of the operation. Daily collaboration is created between several departments, such as sales, bookings, kitchen, as well as Banquet and Restaurant Managers. The ability to manage many points of contact while creating clarity and structure is crucial. A creative eye and a business-minded approach contribute to developing ideas that strengthen our concepts and create value for our brands.
At least three years of experience in a coordinating, supervisory, or project management role within F&B is a prerequisite. Experience in operational responsibility within restaurant operations is considered an advantage. The position is largely administrative, which places high demands on accuracy, structure, and administrative skills. At the same time, a good overall understanding and the ability to see how different parts of the operation interact to achieve the best results are required. The work also involves developing and implementing creative content in our pop-up concepts. Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
