Your Responsibilities

As an educational administrator, you will work with study administration and processing related to the university's educational activities at the Academy of Police Work. In your role, you will handle study administration, study planning, and meeting administration, and you will be involved in planning and organizing various tasks within the operation. You will provide support to students and work closely with management, teachers, and other educational administrators. The work also includes contacts with other authorities. The tasks and the academy you work towards are governed by the needs of the operation, which means that the content of the position may change over time.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, personal suitability is of great importance. The role requires you to collaborate well with others and be both responsible and proactive in your work. You are solution-oriented with a good ability to prioritize tasks based on deadlines and the needs of the operation. Additionally, you work in a structured manner and have the ability to work independently.

You need to have experience in administrative work and good system skills, as well as good communication skills and proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Finally, you also need to have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience that the employer assesses as equivalent.

Meritorious:

  • Experience in similar work within a university or college.

Your Employment

Employment type: Permanent position. A six-month probationary period may apply.
Extent: Full-time
Start date: August 10, 2026, or by agreement.
Location: Borås.
