Project Administrator
Assemblin El AB is seeking a project administrator for the Stenungsund branch. Primarily, you will be the right hand of the branch manager and project manager, responsible for the ongoing administration of projects and the branch. In this role, you will be a key person responsible for invoicing, time reporting, handling service agreements, some customer contact, contact with suppliers, follow-up, coordinating and booking training, as well as various other administrative tasks. You will also play an important role in our continuous development work at the branch.
Qualifications:
High school diploma, post-secondary education in economics or administration related to project operations is required.
Experience from similar roles.
Good computer skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with administrative IT support for invoicing and project planning is an advantage.
We use Microsoft Dynamics NAV business and financial systems.
You express yourself well in speech and writing.
Driver's license.
