Veteranpoolen is now looking for an economic administrator who wants to grow with us and contribute to our vision: to create a better society through the knowledge and drive of veterans.
With us, you will have a role where you can take responsibility and feel supported. You will be part of our support office in central Gothenburg, where 28 colleagues welcome you with open arms. In our economy and administration team, there are currently 9 dedicated employees who together handle everything from invoicing and crediting to salaries, RUT/ROT administration, and daily support to our 64 franchisees across the country.
⭐ About the role
As an economic administrator with us, you will have a varied and important role where you work closely with colleagues, franchisees, and authorities. A large part of your work will involve handling RUT and ROT applications to the Swedish Tax Agency, following up on cases, and ensuring that everything is correct from start to finish. You will also have contact with other authorities, which gives you a central role in ensuring that our processes comply with applicable regulations.
The role is varied, and since we value both competence and personality, the position will be shaped according to your experience. Whether you are at the beginning of your career or have worked in finance for a long time, you will have the opportunity to grow and contribute with what you do best.
Examples of tasks:
- Handle RUT and ROT applications to the Swedish Tax Agency
- Contact authorities regarding various matters
- Support franchisees in financial issues
- Work in the business system Timewave and Excel
- Be responsible for your own administrative areas
