About the role As a recruiter at Together Tech, you have a central and business-oriented role, closely collaborating with hiring managers and business leaders at all our offices. You work proactively and drive recruitment processes from needs assessment to hiring, focusing on technical specialists and consultants within tech and engineering. The role is both operational and developmental, with great opportunities to influence how we further develop our recruitment efforts. The role also includes:

• broad contact areas including universities/colleges, fairs, networks, and partners

• ensuring a professional, inclusive, and positive candidate experience

• embracing and building upon our company culture, both internally and externally

Who are you? To thrive in this role, we see that you:

• have at least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within tech, IT, and/or engineering

• are confident in independently driving recruitment processes, from job profile to hiring

• have a university/college degree in HR or a related field

• thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong internal drive, and take natural responsibility for moving your work forward

• work in a structured manner, prioritize well, and maintain quality throughout the process

• are attentive, communicative, and skilled at building trust with both candidates and managers

• communicate fluently in Swedish and English
