Job Responsibilities
Do you want to be part of developing work in swimming, wellness, and public health? We are now looking for a structured and committed coordinator who wants to take a central role in coordinating, developing, and following up on our work within the area of Swimming and Wellness.
As a coordinator, you play a key role in creating structure, driving joint processes, and ensuring that the organization works effectively and purposefully. You work closely with the operations manager, unit managers, and coordinators, contributing to the development of sustainable working methods.
Job Responsibilities
Coordination and Development
- Coordinate and lead working groups within the wellness area and cross-functional working groups within the administration.
- Coordinate the follow-up work of the operational area and act as support for other coordinators.
- Work with frameworks, structure, and planning related to the operations, as well as develop, manage, and follow up on common working methods.
Management and Operational Support
- Participate in management meetings for Swimming and Wellness and be responsible for secretarial duties and the preparation of agendas in collaboration with unit managers and the operations manager.
- Plan and conduct operational meetings and planning days together with the operations manager.
- Participate in the introduction of new employees.
- Participate in cross-administrative networks.
Public Health and Collaboration
- Participate in and contribute to working groups related to public health work in the city.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Has relevant post-secondary education in, for example, public health, health promotion, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Has experience in coordination, project management, and operational development.
- Is structured and has a good ability to create and maintain clear processes and working methods.
- Is accustomed to working with follow-up and analysis.
- Is communicative, collaborative, and confident in leading groups.
- Has a strong commitment to public health issues and equal access to physical activity.
