We are now looking for an Accountant with office responsibility, a broad and developing role where you will have overall responsibility for both financial processes and the daily operations of the office. You will handle everything from ongoing bookkeeping and VAT reporting to being the face of the office, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing administrative support to management. You will play a central role with great opportunities for personal and professional development within finance and business management.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing bookkeeping (monthly and annual accounts)
• VAT reporting
• Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Invoice management
• Office administration (including switchboard and purchasing)
• Payroll administration
• External contact with customers and suppliers

We are looking for you who

• Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting
• Financial education at the high school or post-secondary level
• Good knowledge of ongoing bookkeeping, monthly and annual accounts
• Good knowledge of VAT reporting, accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Good knowledge of business systems, preferably Visma Business
• Basic Excel skills
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience in payroll administration
• Work experience from an accounting/auditing firm
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
