Avastar AB is growing and is now looking for a dedicated accounting consultant who wants to work closely with our clients and contribute to developing their businesses. With us, you will have a varied role in a supportive team focused on quality, development, and community.

About the role

As an accounting consultant at Avastar, you will work with everything from ongoing bookkeeping to year-end closing, annual reports, and tax declarations. You will be an important contact person for our clients and assist them with advice on finance, taxes, and business development.

Job responsibilities may include:

• Ongoing accounting and reconciliations
• VAT and tax declarations
• Year-end closing and annual reports
• Client contact and advisory
• Streamlining clients' financial processes

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in accounting, preferably from an agency. You have a good understanding of financial relationships and enjoy working independently as well as in a team.

To succeed in the role, we believe you:

• Have a degree in finance or equivalent experience
• Are meticulous, structured, and service-oriented
• Enjoy an advisory role
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with accounting software such as Fortnox, Spiris, or similar is a plus
