Every month, our close-knit HR/Payroll team is responsible for the entire payroll processing for our over 400 employees. You will become an important part of a team where we not only generate strong results but also enjoy working together. We look forward to welcoming a driven and meticulous Payroll Assistant with relevant education in payroll, who is eager for new challenges in a leading company.

About the Role

As a Payroll Assistant, you will play a central role in our HR department, focusing on ensuring accurate and efficient payroll administration while contributing to smooth personnel management. You will work closely with your payroll colleague and report directly to our HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities for a Payroll Assistant:

• Collection and verification of payroll data
• Data entry
• Assisting with payroll calculations
• Maintaining records
• Support and communication
• Reporting
• Compliance with company policies and relevant laws and agreements
• Troubleshooting and reconciliation

Who Are You?

We are looking for a driven, structured, and meticulous person with a strong service mindset. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can take responsibility and contribute with both expertise and positive energy.

• You have relevant education in payroll and/or HR.
• Good understanding of relevant laws and collective agreements affecting salaries and employment conditions, including labor law, is essential.
• You have strong communication skills and can provide clear support to managers and employees.
• You are proactive, solution-oriented, and have an eye for detail.
• You are accustomed to handling confidential information with high integrity.
• You are a team player who spreads positivity and engagement around you.
