Brand Designer at Stena Line
Are you passionate about turning brand strategy into clear, impactful design? We are looking for a Brand Designer to join Stena Line for a temporary position and play a key role in shaping how our brand comes to life across channels, markets, and teams.
Working closely with our Brand Manager, you will be the brand champion, ensuring consistency, quality, and relevance in all visual communication. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, strong collaboration across the business, and the opportunity to make a visible impact on a well-known and trusted brand.
Your key responsibilities:
- Act as the product owner of the Brand Portal, ensuring it is functional, up-to-date, and continuously developed while promoting its use across the organization.
- Be the brand advocate, making sure all communication follows brand guidelines and proactively supporting teams to maintain consistency.
- Create, improve, and maintain templates and guidelines that help the organization communicate clearly and effectively.
- Develop videos, digital concepts, and creative projects for the Brand & Communications team and other departments.
- Ensure all materials are optimized for their intended channels, including web, social media, and presentations.
- Plan and produce content independently, in line with the Brand & Communications strategy and priorities.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience from a similar role in a large organization.
- Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience within Brand and/or Communications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch.
- Experience with digital design, including web, mobile, and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles to ensure brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
- Motion design and video editing skills (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Fluency in English, written and spoken. Fluency in Swedish is a plus.
