About the role:

As a Business Analyst at Nexer, you will work closely with our clients in the Gothenburg area and in collaboration with IT development teams. You operate in the intersection of business and IT, focusing on understanding needs, translating them into clear requirements, and creating value-adding solutions.

You will lead workshops, be responsible for requirements management, conduct process mapping, and support change initiatives. The role involves varied assignments in different industries and gives you the opportunity to develop in several adjacent areas such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Business Architect through our concept BA by Nexer.

We are looking for someone who:

Thrives in a consulting role and appreciates varied assignments, new contexts, and close client contact. You are analytical, communicative, and confident in facilitating dialogues and creating structure even in complex environments. You build trust, drive the work forward, and have a genuine interest in digital development.

You have:

• At least 5 years of experience in the role of Business Analyst or requirements analyst

• Relevant university degree, preferably in IT

• Experience with agile methodologies

• Experience in collecting, structuring, and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements

• Experience in workshop facilitation and process mapping

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and/or Azure DevOps

• You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics 365), PLM, or AI

• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, IREB

• Consulting experience, preferably from industries such as automotive, logistics, medtech, or finance
