HR Consultant (Temporary Position)

At our HR department, dedicated employees with specialist competencies in various fields are currently working.

Together with the operations, we work on areas such as work environment, labor law, salary formation, employee engagement, leadership, and strategic competence supply. It is important for us to have a good work environment and that our employees have good development opportunities and benefits. We offer qualified support to all managers in the administration in both operational and tactical matters. With high competence in HR and an understanding of how we together contribute to the administration's operational development and engaged employees, we integrate our specialist competencies into a well-functioning whole. Within the HR department, we have good collaboration where we always support each other.

We are now looking for a colleague to strengthen our HR team while our colleague is on parental leave. The position is a temporary position from June 15, 2026, to November 30, 2027.

Your tasks will be overarching within the HR area. The position involves being a consultative, strategic, and operational HR support to managers in areas such as work environment, rehabilitation, collaboration, labor law, and salary. You will act as management support to operational areas within a department and will be part of the management team for the relevant operational areas. If necessary, you will also support recruitment efforts. You will also work on other tasks and projects that are relevant within HR.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a university degree in HR or another academic education deemed relevant. You have broad, solid, and general experience in operational and strategic HR work, preferably from a larger organization. You are used to and enjoy working independently, consultatively, and driving your own work. You have experience in development and change work. You also have previous good experience in collaboration with trade unions and/or union negotiations.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience in municipal administration or from the region.
  • Negotiation experience
