Zinzino is now looking for a solution-oriented accountant who wants to work with several different companies in the group and contribute to the development of processes and systems in a global environment. We are looking for someone with strong accounting skills, who is communicative, has good analytical abilities, and is unpretentious, meticulous, and service-minded. Your area of responsibility and tasks

As an accountant, you will be offered a qualified accounting role where you are a sounding board for your colleagues and assist the accounting manager. You will be part of Zinzino's accounting group, and together you will create a workplace where you can thrive. You will independently prepare monthly financial statements and enjoy structure, order, and tidiness while being ready to accelerate in a changing organization. You feel comfortable handling ongoing accounting and enjoy having contact with many within the group. The role involves close collaboration with accounting staff, controllers, treasury, and external auditors. Your main tasks will include:

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ongoing accounting, reconciliations, and payments.
• Inventory accounting.
• Being a sounding board for the accounting team.
• Reporting of taxes and VAT and preparing documentation.
• Participation in annual reports and quarterly reports.
• Preparing documentation for the company's auditors.
• Developing routines, processes, and systems.

Qualifications

You have an academic degree in finance/accounting and relevant work experience of at least 3-5 years in qualified accounting, preferably from an accounting firm, auditing firm, or international company. You are expected to have good knowledge of accounting and Excel. You speak fluent Swedish and feel comfortable in English, both spoken and written. Experience in inventory accounting, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and K3 is a plus.
