We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Coordinator who, with a professional and personal approach, wishes to be a key person in our operations. You will become a central part of the clinic, working closely with both patients and colleagues, where your role is crucial for creating structure, efficiency, and a first-class patient experience.

About the Receptionist/Coordinator Role

In this combined role, you are responsible for both the daily work in the reception and the overall coordination of the clinic's operations.

As a Receptionist, you are often the patient's first contact with the clinic and are responsible for creating a warm, professional, and reassuring welcome. You ensure that every patient receives a high level of service – from the first contact to follow-up visits – and actively contribute to creating a top-class overall experience.

As a Coordinator, you have a central and coordinating function in the operations. You are responsible for, among other things:

  • Planning and coordinating the clinic's schedule
  • Booking surgeries and other treatments
  • Ensuring that the right resources are available at the right time
  • Having an overview of the daily flow and being able to prioritize quickly in case of changes

You function as the "hub of the network" and are an important link between patients, practitioners, and other staff.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in reception work and booking management
  • Experience in coordination or scheduling is highly desirable
  • Experience in sales or upselling is an asset
  • Good administrative skills and experience working with various systems

Arrangement and Contact

  • Scope: Full-time or part-time, 80-100%
  • Salary: Fixed salary + commission
