You must enjoy working both collaboratively with colleagues and independently, as well as being ready to step in for various tasks as needed.
The role involves extensive work with data and booking software, as well as telephone duties, including answering and sending emails to guests.
It is an advantage if you can take your own initiatives, identify what needs to be done, and remain flexible.
