We are looking for a new team member at Scandic Rubinen.

What does the role entail?

In this role, you are responsible for:

  • The kitchen, where you have the overall responsibility to ensure a world-class guest experience in our food and beverage environments. This means that together with your team, you ensure a high level of service and an offering that meets the guest's needs.
  • Leading and developing the operations and employees based on the company's strategy, goals, and local conditions. You have a passion for service and through your leadership, you inspire and motivate your employees while creating the conditions for you to create outstanding guest experiences together.
  • Being part of the daily operations and planning and staffing based on the needs of the business.
  • Being part of the hotel's management group, which means that together with your colleagues, you have overall responsibility for the entire hotel.

Who are you?

You look positively at changes and have the ability to lead others through them. You are flexible, easily see solutions, and build relationships. You are a leader who considers it natural to be present at various times and days and has a holistic perspective in everything you do. You have previous experience leading others in a similar role as well as relevant education and experience within the service industry. You have good administrative skills, experience in financial planning and follow-up, and are accustomed to working with various system supports. You must also have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
