About the Assignment
For our client in Gothenburg, we are seeking a consultant to step into a combined role as an HR Specialist and Payroll Administrator. You will join the "Stab" department and become part of an HR team consisting of an HR Manager, an HR Specialist, a Payroll Administrator, and an Occupational Health Engineer. This is a consulting assignment via Bemannia, starting immediately, with an initial period of up to 6 months and the possibility of extension.
Work is performed on-site, Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00. At the beginning of the assignment, all work will be on-site; later, there may be some opportunity for remote work in consultation with management.
Your Responsibilities
The assignment consists of a combined role: 50% HR Specialist and 50% Payroll Administrator. The role requires previous experience in recruitment and other common tasks for an HR Specialist.
Your Qualifications
- University education, e.g., in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least three (3) years of work experience in similar roles.
- Good knowledge of laws, regulations, and agreements in the field.
- Previous experience with payroll administration and the Personec system.
- Knowledge of financial systems (e.g., U4 Agresso, Raindance).
- Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Personec, TimeCare, etc.).
