Controller with Strong Analytical Skills and Business Focus

About the Role

As a controller with us, you will play a central role in supporting the business and management with qualified economic analysis and follow-up. You will work closely with the business and actively contribute to developing operations through data-driven insights and proactive advisory services.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ongoing follow-up and analysis of business results
• Monthly closing and reporting
• Variance analysis and identification of areas for improvement
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Preparing decision-making materials and acting as support for management and the business
• Driving and developing business-oriented dialogue with various parts of the organization

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working as a controller or in a similar role
• Has good knowledge in follow-up, analysis, and financial management
• Is familiar with monthly closing, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Has strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
• Can work independently and take own initiatives
• Enjoys working closely with the business and management

Qualifications:

• Relevant academic education in economics
• Good system skills and experience with various financial systems
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Good communication skills in speech and writing
