About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to help shape the future of recruitment at Quince AI. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to our managers and business leaders. You will lead recruitment processes from start to finish across various functions while ensuring a world-class candidate experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working independently, and brings strategic thinking to Talent Acquisition. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, improving our recruitment processes, and supporting the business with data-driven decisions.

What You Will Do

  • Own and drive the entire recruitment lifecycle – from requirements definition to offer and onboarding support.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source, attract, and engage top talent in Sweden and other relevant markets.
  • Build and maintain strong talent networks for current and future needs.
  • Deliver a consistent and high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Advise stakeholders on market insights, trends, salary benchmarking, and best practices.
  • Use data and key metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, funnel conversion) to optimize recruitment results.
  • Drive process improvements, develop interview structures, and implement best practices.
  • Ensure high quality in ATS management, candidate communication, and reporting.
  • Contribute to Employer Branding and talent attraction initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably from in-house, agency, or RPO environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in independently managing full recruitment processes.
  • Strong background in collaborating with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience recruiting across different functions (e.g., tech, product, commercial roles, or operations).
  • Excellent sourcing skills and the ability to find talent outside traditional channels.
  • Outstanding communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and accountability.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamtailor, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to guide decisions.
  • Fluent in English; Swedish is a strong advantage but not always mandatory depending on the scope of the role.
