About Us

Welcome to Närhälsan Dals-Ed Health Center! We are a well-functioning and structured operation with over 4,800 registered patients and a competent team working together to meet our residents' needs in the best possible way. We provide comprehensive primary care with specialist clinics in child health care (BVC), diabetes, heart/vessels, asthma/COPD, medical podiatry, and dietetics. The health center also has a counseling clinic with a psychologist, licensed psychotherapist, and counselor with CBT competence. Our modern facilities also include a family center, maternity care, youth clinic, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy, which enables close and smooth collaboration between different professions.

Dals-Ed is known for its fantastic natural environments with lakes, forests, and the Tresticklan National Park, offering pristine wilderness and great opportunities for hiking, swimming, and outdoor life during the summer. At the same time, it is easy to get here thanks to good train connections to Gothenburg, Trollhättan, and Oslo.

About the Job

As an administrative assistant, you are the face of the health center and the first person our patients meet. You welcome them at the reception and provide a professional and warm reception, even when the pace is high during the summer months. In addition to reception work, you have administrative tasks such as mail handling, scanning, registration in various systems, and inventory management.

You will become an important part of our team and collaborate closely with colleagues from different professions. We work continuously with improvement work, and you have the opportunity to contribute with your ideas and engagement. We value a good working environment where we support each other, laugh together, and solve challenges as a team.

About You

You have at least a 3-year upper secondary education, preferably with experience of working in reception and/or within primary care. You also have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as well as good knowledge of and interest in working with digitalization.

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people and sees patient contact as your biggest and most important task. As a person, you are communicative, have good teamwork skills, and can also work independently. You enjoy variety in your work and find it easy to switch between different tasks. Since the workload varies, it is important that you are able to prioritize among tasks.
