About the Role Are you a true joy-bringer who is passionate about service and enjoys new challenges? We are now looking for a driven and engaged Office Host for our client, one of Europe's leading consulting firms in architecture and engineering with offices across the country. This position is based at the client's beautiful office in Gothenburg.

As an Office Host, you always keep your eyes and ears open and are the one who identifies needs in the office to create the best possible workplace experience. You maintain good relationships with the client and serve as the natural contact for operational questions regarding office management. With professionalism and engagement, you find the best service solutions and ensure they are carried out in an efficient and service-focused manner.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

  • Receive, forward, register, and handle maintenance requests as needed

  • Plan and perform daily operational tasks such as office services and minor moves

  • Distribute mail and parcels

  • Administer keys and access cards

  • Placing orders (e.g., office supplies, service services, etc.)

  • Office rounds and replenishing coffee and fruit

  • Support the reception when needed

  • Basic janitorial duties

Who are you? With your independent personality, initiative, and structured working methods, you easily prioritize among processes and tasks. You are a "hands-on" person and are not afraid of new challenges. You are approachable and professional in contact with colleagues and guests, and have the ability to see needs before they arise. Flexibly switching between different tasks gives you energy, and a natural sense of service is one of your strengths. In this role, we appreciate that you enjoy a mix of physical and administrative service.

Requirements for the position

  • Fluent in Swedish and English

  • Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office package

  • Completed high school education

About the Employment Employment type: Permanent with an initial six-month probation period. Employment level: Part-time, 50%. Start date: May 1, 2026. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 13:00-17:00.
