Are you looking to gain valuable experience in finance this summer? We are currently seeking a summer finance assistant for our Accounting Unit, where you will work on a variety of tasks while gaining insight into financial operations within the real estate industry.

As a finance assistant with us, you will become part of the finance department and support the Accounting Unit in its daily work. You will have the opportunity to work practically with key financial processes and contribute to managing the unit's ongoing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handling and administration of supplier invoices.
• Monitoring and managing incoming cases in functional mailboxes.
• Sorting and handling incoming physical mail to the unit.
• Performing simpler administrative tasks as needed.
• Printing and sending customer invoices from our property management system.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education program in finance, administration, or equivalent.
• Proficient with computers and quick to learn new systems.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys varied tasks. To succeed in this role, you need to be meticulous, structured, and communicative. Since the position involves many points of contact, it is important that you feel comfortable collaborating and communicating with the entire organization, while also being accustomed to working independently. You will belong to the Accounting Unit, which is part of the Business Support Department. The position is located at our office on Engelbrektsgatan in central Gothenburg.

Terms

Employment period: Start date is mid-June, and the position runs until mid-August. You must be available to work for the entire period.
