We are currently seeking a Tenant Administrator for a long-term temporary position with one of our partner companies. Here, you will have a varied role with both independent responsibility and close collaboration with an engaged team.

About the Role

In this position, you will become an integral part of the leasing process from start to finish. You will work closely with the leasing team, supporting both prospective and existing tenants throughout the entire flow — from queue administration to finalized agreements and move-in.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering the leasing of apartments, parking spaces, and garages
• Creating and managing agreements for apartments and parking
• Handling cases such as subletting, direct swaps, and transfers
• Posting advertisements and updating internal systems
• Supporting other departments with matters related to tenancy issues
• Contributing to the development of routines and working methods within the department

The work involves numerous points of contact — both internal and external — meaning you need to enjoy a communicative role and feel confident taking your own initiatives.

We Are Looking For You Who

• Have post-secondary education or equivalent experience in tenant administration or the real estate sector
• Have solid experience in customer contact and service
• Have excellent computer skills and experience with administrative systems
• Hold a B-class driver's license
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

About the Assignment

This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by us at OIO but work at our partner company. The assignment, which is a long-term temporary position (estimated 12–18 months), is scheduled to start in September 2026.
