In the role of Customer Support, you will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. You are often the customer's first point of contact with the company, which means you must be service-oriented and skilled in communication. We are looking for a collaborative person with strong communication skills. You are passionate about providing great service by being attentive and available to the customer. You are also structured and meticulous, able to prioritize and remain solution-oriented even when the pace is high. As a person, you are positive, engaged, and have a natural feel for service. You are resilient under pressure and always work goal-oriented to deliver the best possible results.

Responsibilities

• Answer and resolve issues via incoming calls, emails, and chat messages
• Provide professional and friendly support to resolve customer inquiries
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer-related cases
• Administration and documentation
• Maintain customer relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in service roles such as retail or customer service
• Interest in working and communicating with people
• Good computer and system skills
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English
• High school education

It is an asset for this position if you have a driver's license and access to a car.
