Junior Sales Representative for Karma Sales Academy Wanted!
Karma is a small startup with around 20 employees transforming how restaurants operate. We are growing rapidly, profitable, and now building the sales team that will take us to the next level and enable our international expansion.
With our platform, Karma OS, we provide restaurant owners with tools to increase revenue, reduce waste, and create better guest experiences through data. Karma OS consists of three parts: Karma POS (our point-of-sale system), Karma Order & Pay (digital ordering with QR codes), and Karma Marketing & Loyalty (tools for customer loyalty).
As a sales representative at Karma, you will primarily sell Karma's POS system – the core of the platform and the entry point for new restaurant customers.
Full-time employment and sales training simultaneously
This is an intensive, paid program led by our Sales Manager, Jonatan. You will learn our product, our sales methodology, and the restaurant industry in a structured program that turns theory into practice:
- Month 1: A crash course and top-tier training in the wonderful world of sales.
- Month 2: Hit the field, participate in cold calls and walk-ins.
- Month 3: Take the wheel and conduct your own sales calls and physical meetings.
Your career at Karma:
Sales Development Rep (Month 1–6) → Junior Account Executive (Month 7–12) → Account Executive (18–24 months) → Senior Account Executive (>24 months) → ...

Other details
- Scope: Full-time.
- Start date: April 7 (next start end of August 2026).
- Location: Gothenburg.
- Salary: 25,000 SEK + commission (favorable salary increase at the next step in the Sales Academy).
