Your responsibilities:

Customer service via phone and chat

We are looking for someone who:

Speaks and writes fluent Dutch
Has strong communication skills
Has at least a high school education
Is service-oriented, solution-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

You are a team player with self-drive, a positive attitude, and an eye for quality. You enjoy interacting with people and always strive to deliver top-class service.
