💼 Responsibilities

As a Senior Account Manager & Coach, you will be responsible for your own client portfolio, working with larger and more complex client relationships within the education sector. You will drive the entire sales process independently, plan contact with decision-makers, and work long-term to develop businesses and relationships.

The role also involves close collaboration with the Sales Manager, where you serve as strategic support in both operational and development-related matters. You will participate in joint visits, contribute to competence development within the team, and be active in planning internal meetings and training sessions.

An important part of the role is coaching junior sales assistants active in the education sector. You will support them in their daily work, contribute to the recruitment process, and ensure the business meets its goals. You do not have formal personnel responsibility but will function as a central contact person.

Examples of responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop your own portfolio of larger client relationships

  • Drive and follow up on deals throughout the entire sales process

  • Provide strategic support to the Sales Manager and other account managers

  • Coach junior employees and participate in recruitment

  • Participate in the planning and execution of internal activities and meetings

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

Requirements

  • Experience in account management and relationship selling

  • Experience in coaching or supporting colleagues in the sales process

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Good communication skills and confidence in client dialogues
