About the role
At Customer Relations, you step into a role where relationships, structure, and business understanding are key parts of your working day. You work closely with both customers and our sales teams as a key person, ensuring everything connects seamlessly from procurement, contracts, and price lists to deliveries and follow-ups.
The role is a combination of administration, coordination, and customer dialogue, where you support our sales teams within the business areas HoReCa, Kam, and packaging.
To give you the very best conditions for success, you are offered an onboarding program together with our First Line. During the training, you will get to know our business systems, working methods, and routines, all to help you feel confident in your role and gain a holistic understanding of the company.
Your main responsibilities
- Ensure that contracts, quotes, and customer information are always up-to-date and accurate.
- Direct dialogue with customers regarding contracts and follow-ups.
- Coordinate deliveries and follow up to ensure everything is carried out as planned.
- Be a key support to our sales teams in their customer work.
- Work actively in business systems, CRM, and Excel to create structure and quality.
- Follow up on figures, prices, volumes, and terms.
- Resolve customer cases and be a reliable contact for questions related to our key customers.

We believe you have experience from customer service, sales support, or a similar role.
If you have previously worked in Jeeves, Ariba, or Exder, or have experience from public procurement, we see this as extra merit.
