Machinery Rental Specialist at Derome Machinery Rental

We are now looking for a Machinery Rental Specialist who wants to become part of our team and contribute to providing our customers with first-class service and advice.

About the role

As a Machinery Rental Specialist, you are a key person in the operation and an important ambassador for Derome. You are responsible for creating a positive customer experience by providing professional service, guiding customers to the right solutions, and ensuring a smooth rental process.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Building long-term customer relationships through engaged and professional handling.
• Identifying customers' needs and recommending the right products and solutions.
• Working with service, sales, and advisory.
• Managing and administering our rental inventory.
• Ensuring that customers feel safe and well taken care of throughout the entire rental process.

Who are you?
