About the role
As an Administrator, you will support the manager and the team with daily tasks to ensure a smooth workflow. You will work in a flat hierarchy environment together with five colleagues who handle everything from order processing to customer service.
What we offer

Responsibilities
The role involves broad administrative support where you act as a supporting function for both the manager and the team in the daily work with orders and logistics.
- Support the direct manager with ongoing administrative tasks
- Handle order processing in the business system iScala
- Book freight and administer freight terms within the EU
- Manage customer contact and support cases via email
- Assist the team with tasks within import and aftermarket
- Ensure that administrative procedures are followed in order flows
We are looking for you who have
- Currently pursuing post-secondary studies, preferably in a relevant field such as logistics, supply chain, purchasing, or technology
- Good system familiarity and the ability to quickly learn new technical tools
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience with the business system iScala
- Experience with administrative tasks or customer contact
