Our Customer Center department, featuring advisors for walk-in clients, is a driven and curious team of approximately 20 people. We are now looking for a new colleague to join our office in Vara.

As a Customer Advisor, you are a central part of our operations, meeting customers daily both in person at the office, via phone, and through digital channels. The work is varied and fast-paced, with a wide range of cases and questions. You will assist customers with matters regarding savings, loans, and insurance, while also contributing to the development of our working methods and customer experience.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in people and who is driven by creating value for the customer. You are service-oriented, business-minded, and thrive in a role where you take responsibility and initiative. You have good communication skills, build trust easily, and see opportunities in the situations that arise.

Experience from banking or other service and sales professions is meritorious, and an economic university education is a plus. A Swedsec license, mortgage loan license, and IDD certification are advantageous.
