LF Skaraborg is now looking for an advisor in commercial insurance who wants to contribute to developing the business in a customer-owned company with strong local roots.

About the job

As an advisor in commercial insurance, you help business owners understand and manage the risks present in their operations. Commercial insurance is a complex and varied field where every customer has unique needs, making the role both developmental and stimulating.

You work with advisory services and sales to both new and existing business customers. The advisory process takes place via phone and our digital channels, where you help customers find the right insurance solutions through needs analysis and qualified advice.

The work includes both incoming customer contacts and proactive customer processing, with a focus on building long-term relationships and developing the business. You collaborate closely with your colleagues to create a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the entire customer journey.

The position is a permanent full-time role based in Skövde.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who thrives in dialogue with customers and is motivated by building trust and relationships, even when meetings take place via phone or digital channels. You have experience in customer-facing work within advisory services, sales, or service, and are comfortable combining business acumen with a strong customer focus.

You are curious, structured, and have a good ability to understand different businesses and customer needs. Since commercial insurance often involves complex issues, we would like you to enjoy analyzing, solving problems, and turning knowledge into clear and value-creating advice.

Experience with commercial insurance, B2B sales, or working with small and medium-sized enterprises is considered an asset.
