Customer Service Specialist for First Line Team in Gothenburg

Do you want to work in customer service within an engaged team where customer focus, personal responsibility, and honesty permeate the workday?
We are now looking for more employees for our First Line team in Gothenburg, where you will work with a broad spectrum of corporate clients at a wholesaler offering holistic solutions for customer needs.
About the role
In this role, you are responsible for handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, and occasionally chat. The questions usually concern orders, deliveries, products, pricing, and invoices. You work closely with both customers and internal functions to quickly find the right solutions and ensure that the customer's business runs smoothly without interruption.
This is done by:
- Building long-term relationships through professional interaction
- Working systematically with cases, follow-ups, and feedback
- Collaborating with other departments to deliver holistic solutions
At our company, you are encouraged to take ownership of every case. This may involve taking the initiative for improvements, sharing learnings with colleagues, or spotting opportunities in everyday tasks that move the entire department forward.
Who you are
The role requires good communication skills, patience, and a solution-oriented approach, while also working systematically and maintaining high quality in your work, even at a fast pace.
- You are confident working in systems and have an aptitude for adopting new routines and tools.
- You express yourself clearly and professionally in both speech and writing.
- You have previous experience in a similar role.
- You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
Meritorious qualifications include experience working in Jeeves or Puzzel, as well as language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic).
