About the role

At Customer Relations, you will step into a role where relationships, structure, and business understanding are key parts of your daily work. You will work closely with both customers and Key Account Managers (KAM), focusing on the HORECA sector within the Asian market, while also being a vital part of our broader customer business.

The role combines administration, coordination, and customer dialogue, where your language proficiency and cultural understanding make a real difference.

To give you the best possible conditions for success, you will be offered an onboarding program together with your first-line manager. During the training, you will get to know our business systems, working methods, and routines, all to ensure you feel confident in your role and gain a holistic understanding of the company.

Your main responsibilities

  • Maintain dialogue with customers within HORECA, including Asian customer segments.
  • Support KAM and the Asian Group in planning, follow-up, and development of customer business.
  • Work with contracts, quotations, and pricing.
  • Ensure that customer data, price lists, and terms are correct and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate deliveries and follow up to ensure business is carried out as planned.
  • Handle customer cases and be a reliable contact for both internal and external inquiries.
  • Work in business systems, CRM, and Excel for follow-up and analysis.

Who you are

You have a natural ability to build relationships and see the connection between good service, strong relationships, and business value.

  • You speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese (mandatory).
  • You have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
  • You are structured and detail-oriented, even at a high pace.
  • You are solution-oriented and comfortable in dialogue with different types of customers.

We believe you have experience from customer service, sales support, or a similar role.

If you have previously worked with Jeeves, Ariba, or Exder – or have experience with public procurement – we consider this extra merit.

Ability to read and write Chinese is a plus.
