Do you want to work in a role where people, business, and long-term collaborations are at the center? Videotech is now looking for a Customer Success Manager who wants to be a key part of the company's continued growth. Here, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers in the construction industry and contribute to creating safety on construction sites through innovative alarm and surveillance solutions. Videotech is a growing player that combines modern technology with a strong customer focus. The company is characterized by short decision-making paths, high energy, and a flat hierarchy. The office is located in western Gothenburg in very nice premises, and this is where you start every morning at 07:00 together with your colleagues. You report to the CEO and have great freedom under responsibility in your role.
About the role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will become a key person in the work of developing and strengthening the collaboration with Videotech's customers. You will have a close dialogue primarily with site managers in the construction industry and serve as a natural point of contact throughout the entire customer journey. The role involves physical customer visits where you follow up on ongoing projects, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure that customers receive the service and attention they expect. Another important part of the role is regularly contacting existing customers via phone to maintain relationships or call leads. Therefore, it is important that you feel just as comfortable in a phone call as in a personal customer meeting.
Your experience
We are looking for you who have experience from a customer-facing role where trust, service, and long-term collaborations have been an important part of success. We want you to have some form of previous sales experience, and we believe you currently work in sales, Customer Success, or another role where you build relationships and create value for your customers on a daily basis. You are accustomed to both physical customer visits and contacting customers via phone. Furthermore, you are digitally confident, have experience with CRM systems, and you see the value in having order and structure in your processes. A category B driver's license is required for the role, and regular background checks are a natural part of the employment.
