Skövde Gravyr is looking for an Order Receiver / Inside Sales Representative (Fixed-term contract)

Do you want to work in a central role where you combine customer contact with production? We at Skövde Gravyr are now looking for an order receiver/inside sales representative for a full-time fixed-term position.

About the position

The position is a full-time fixed-term contract until August 31, 2027. You will be a key link between our customers and our production, handling the entire process from inquiry to completed order.

Your responsibilities

• Receive and handle customer inquiries and orders
• Maintain daily contact with customers via phone and email
• Calculate job costs and prepare quotations
• Register and follow up on orders
• Plan and coordinate jobs in our production
• Collaborate closely with our operators in laser and CNC machining

We are looking for someone who

• Is structured, meticulous, and responsible
• Has a strong customer focus and thrives in roles with many contact points
• Is solution-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Is proficient in computer use
