About the role

In this operational role, you are responsible for the daily flow of order management within Contract Manufacturing. You will work in a team where the focus is on ensuring stability in daily processes. This is a new role within the company, and together with three colleagues, you will be part of this new function. The position is expected to be a long-term consultancy assignment, and the work is expected to be performed on-site at the office during office hours. Responsibilities

The role involves being an operational resource that supports daily order management by ensuring high data quality and a smooth information flow in the systems.

  • Create and maintain sales orders in SAP.
  • Ensure correct order data regarding materials, quantities, and delivery dates.
  • Handle order changes such as rescheduling, cancellations, and updates.
  • Monitor order status from creation to final delivery.
  • Follow up on delivery confirmations and act in case of any delays or discrepancies.
  • Solve operational issues regarding blocked orders or missing master data.
  • Coordinate continuously with internal teams within Supply Chain, production, and logistics.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has fluent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Has previous experience in administrative order management or customer service.
  • Is meticulous and comfortable working with repetitive and high-volume administrative tasks.
  • Is able to work on-site at our client's premises in Gamlestaden, Gothenburg.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Education in Supply Chain Management or logistics.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Experience working in SAP.
  • Experience with other ERP systems.
