Customer Coordinator – A Path into the Financial Sector

As Capima continues to grow, we are now strengthening our team with an additional Customer Coordinator. We are therefore looking for an engaged and goal-oriented individual with the right qualities and ambition to take their first steps into the financial industry.

Role Description

We are looking for you who are competitive, driven by creating results, and enjoy building relationships. You currently work, or have previously worked, in sales, appointment setting, or other customer contact roles, and wish to develop within an industry where long-term customer relationships are the focus.

With us, you will have a unique opportunity to learn the basics of professional customer processing and develop the skills that characterize a successful asset manager and financial advisor. We are looking for someone with high ambitions, who enjoys working towards clear goals, and is motivated by both personal and company development.

A large part of the work is conducted via telephone, which means you need to be resilient, have strong communication skills, and feel confident in building trust through conversations.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Coordinator, you will among other things:

• Contact potential customers via telephone within our local area.
• Schedule in-person advisory meetings at our office in central Gothenburg.
• Plan and administer our advisors' calendars.
• Ensure professional handling throughout the booking process.
• Gradually develop through internal training in rhetoric, customer communication, and meeting techniques.

Qualifications

Work Experience

Preferred:

• Documented sales experience is desired.

Education

Preferred:

• Secondary education (High School).
