At Bender, we are now looking for a new colleague to join our customer service team in Edsvära. Here, you will become part of a great team working with quotation preparation, technical support, and order management.

Your responsibilities

With us, you will step into a broad and exciting role where you will, among other things:

• Prepare quotations and assist customers with technical support.
• Manage orders and drawing documentation.
• Perform quantity calculations, create production documentation, and customer-specific project drawings.
• Follow up on quotations and orders to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain ongoing contact with both customers and colleagues in order reception, project coordination, and back-office.
• Continuously communicate with customers regarding logistics and transport.

In short – you will become a key person ensuring our customers receive the right help at the right time!

Who are we looking for?

We believe you enjoy structure and problem-solving, and that you are comfortable communicating with both customers and colleagues. You also have:

• A high school education and a good grasp of numbers.
• Experience from sales and/or technical fields (a bonus if you can read drawings!).
• An eye for detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
• A valid driver's license (travel may be required for the role).

Conditions

The position is a permanent full-time role based at Bender's headquarters in Edsvära.
