What does the role offer?
As an inside sales representative at Lyreco, you are responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with our corporate customers. The phone is your most important work tool, and through proactive contacts, you create new business opportunities and develop existing customers.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Building and developing long-term customer relationships.
- Contacting customers via phone and identifying new business opportunities.
- Understanding customers' needs and offering solutions that create value for both the customer and Lyreco.
- Working towards clear goals and budgets.
- Ensuring a high level of service and professional customer interaction.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their sales career or has some sales experience and now wants to take the next step in their development. Perhaps you have worked with outbound telemarketing before, or you have a strong interest in sales and a clear desire to succeed. You are motivated by working towards set goals and see challenges as an opportunity to develop and create results.
You have good communication skills and express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish and English. You also have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and are accustomed to working in a structured manner. Experience with the business system SAP is an advantage, but not a requirement.
As a person, you are service-oriented, engaged, and have strong personal drive. You enjoy working independently while appreciating collaboration and contributing to a positive team spirit. You are good at building trusting relationships and are driven by providing customers with the best possible service. With a humble and unpretentious attitude combined with a desire to develop and achieve good results, you have great conditions for succeeding and thriving at Lyreco.
Conditions: For this position, you will be employed via Effektiv and work as a consultant for the client company. Start: In August, according to agreement. Location: Borås. Scope: Full-time. Working hours: Monday – Friday 08:00-17:00. Salary: Fixed + commission.
