POWER is looking for a passionate, engaged, and driven Department Manager for the Operations Department (Checkout/Service/Support/Warehouse)!

The position is a permanent full-time employment, with an initial six-month probationary period and start date by agreement.

As a Department Manager at POWER, we have high expectations of you and that you always act as a role model. You will receive clear goals for both your own and the department's sales, which are then followed up on a regular basis. You will spend the majority of your time working as a salesperson in the store where you meet our customers.

We want you to be flexible and open to change, as the industry and the daily life we operate in are constantly changing, requiring us to continuously adapt to meet the expectations of our customers and employees.

Leadership, sales, results, and customer focus are things you find interesting, stimulating, and developing. You lead by example, share your experiences, and enjoy spreading great energy.

You have a strong will and ability to take responsibility and enjoy working at a high pace. We also expect you to be positive, proactive, and willing to work varied hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Plan and conduct various types of meetings such as morning trainings, staff meetings, and employee reviews

• Be responsible, organized, and structured with experience from planning and conducting ongoing inventories
