We are a first-generation family business operating in car sales and service. Toveks Bil was founded in 1994 by Gregor Tovek, who remains the main owner. The group employs approximately 850 people and generates a turnover of around 5 billion SEK. We have facilities in 18 locations, primarily in West Sweden, and are authorized dealers for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Skoda, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, and Scania.
We operate through three different companies under one unified brand – Toveks Bil.
We are now looking for a driven and energetic salesperson for our facility in Lidköping. The role involves independently managing the entire sales process, from initial customer contact and test drives to offers, delivery, and after-sales service. Your customers will include both private individuals and businesses of various sizes. You will work proactively on prospecting and activities both inside and outside the showroom. As a salesperson, you are responsible for your own development, supported by our organization. We have robust sales processes, training programs, and excellent IT systems to help you succeed in your role.
In Lidköping, we are a group of happy and positive salespeople, and we are looking for you who want to be part of this and contribute to our friendly atmosphere. It is an advantage if you currently work in sales, perhaps in retail or field sales, and wish to take the next step in your career. We would appreciate it if you were technically interested, as the cars you will be selling are modern, electrified, and connected. A general interest in cars is also a plus.
As a salesperson, you need to be like a chameleon: good at connecting with people but also structured in your work and processes. We believe you fit the description: driven, engaged, and with a desire to make good deals. Together with our brands, we will provide induction and ongoing training throughout your employment. You will become part of a team consisting of experienced salespeople who are happy to share their knowledge. Start date: According to agreement
Salary: Fixed monthly salary plus commission
Location: Lidköping
Scope: Full-time
