At Consort, we work together with some of Sweden's leading companies in the electricity and energy sector. We are now looking for more dedicated customer consultants to join our team in Gothenburg – people who are passionate about service and want to make every customer interaction a positive experience.

Here, you will have a varied daily routine where no two days are alike. You will become an important part of the customer journey, helping customers with everything from questions about contracts and invoices to advice and smart solutions.

As a customer consultant, you are the face of the company and the person customers turn to when they need help. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing first-class service via phone, chat, and email.

• Assisting customers with questions regarding contracts, invoices, moves, and other related services.

• Guiding customers to the right solution based on their needs.

• Handling incoming and outgoing customer contacts.

• Registering and administering cases in various systems.

• Collaborating with colleagues to create a smooth and positive customer experience.

• Identifying customer needs and offering relevant products and services when it adds value.

We believe you are someone who enjoys communicating with people and is driven by finding solutions. You appreciate providing professional treatment and see opportunities where others see problems.

We believe you:

• Have a positive attitude and a genuine interest in service.

• Have experience from the electricity, energy, or fiber industry, for example within customer service, electricity trading, electricity networks, administration, technical support, installation, service, operations, contracting, or other practical activities.

• Enjoy talking to people and building trust.

• Are solution-oriented and like taking responsibility.

• Have good computer skills and learn new systems quickly.

• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality.
