We are looking for a Purchasing and Warehouse Manager for the Street and Park Department!

The role is varied and combines administrative tasks with operational work within the business. You are involved in the daily work, roll up your sleeves when needed, and drive development work simultaneously.

The responsibilities include, among other things, placing orders via Proceedo from connected suppliers, conducting direct procurements, invoice processing, warehousing, as well as planning and executing purchases of goods and materials. The role also includes receiving goods, responsibility for the maintenance of the environmental house, and handling chemicals. You are also responsible for the systematic fire safety work in our premises and certain functions of the building.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• A high school diploma and/or work experience that we assess as equivalent
• Documented experience of direct procurement
• Documented experience of purchasing and inventory management
• Documented experience of chemicals and systematic fire safety work
• Category B driver's license
• Hazardous materials training ADR
• Forklift license B1
• Good system proficiency, preferably from Proceedo and Chemgroup portal
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing

Your new workplace

The Street and Park Department and the Water and Wastewater Department share premises in the Brodalen industrial area, and together we are approximately 40 people. We are now looking for a purchasing and warehouse manager who wants to help develop our work with purchasing, storage, chemical handling, and be a driving force in our systematic fire safety work.
