We are looking for a full-time employee for Detaljtryck located in Uddevalla. This position cannot be performed remotely.

We have our offices at Kungstorget in Uddevalla and have quickly established ourselves as an up-and-coming player in the local printing industry. Now we are looking for a new colleague who wants to join us on our continued journey.

Job Responsibilities

Here you will have a varied role involving customer service, administration, and production. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Handling incoming orders and following up on purchases.
• Receiving and responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Providing professional service and helping customers find the right solutions.
• Keeping track of orders, quotes, and ongoing projects.
• Assisting with printing on clothing and other products as needed.
• Supporting colleagues and helping out where needed – both in the office and in production.

Preferred Qualifications

It is a bonus if you:

• Have experience in marketing or social media.
• Have worked with Adobe Illustrator and/or Canva.
• Have an interest in graphic design and marketing.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Have experience from the printing, promotional products, or advertising industry.
