Are you at the beginning of your career and want to combine technology with sales? We are now looking for a curious and driven salesperson for our client in Gothenburg! Here you will work with a unique product within industrial and energy technology while developing alongside experienced colleagues in an environment where curiosity, initiative, and engagement are highly valued.

About the role

In the role of Technical Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling a unique sensor solution within industrial and energy technology. The product converts mechanical vibrations into electricity, eliminating the need for battery changes and cabling. This is a world-leading technology used by customers all over the world.

You will become part of a small and engaged team where you will work closely with both customers and colleagues. The role is varied and combines new customer acquisition with the development of existing customer relationships. You will book and attend customer meetings, handle incoming leads, and support partners and resellers in their business. This is a role for you who wants to develop within technical B2B sales; you do not need to know everything from the start. The most important thing is that you have a genuine technical interest, enjoy building relationships, and are driven by learning new things.

The position is based in Gothenburg, but since the company's customers range from Sweden to Australia, international travel may occur in the role.

Responsibilities

  • Active new customer acquisition & cold calling.
  • Book and attend customer meetings.
  • Build long-term customer relationships.
  • Handle incoming leads and ensure quick feedback to customers.
  • Support resellers with sales materials.
  • Assist in complex sales cases.

We are looking for you who

  • Fluently master Swedish and English in both speech and writing as it is used in daily work.
  • Have experience in sales.
  • Have experience with cold calling and prospecting.
  • Have a strong technical interest combined with a passion for sales and social interaction.
  • See challenges as opportunities instead of obstacles.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Post-secondary education in areas such as technology, engineering, or similar fields.
  • Knowledge of PLC systems and integration.
  • Experience from a similar industry (industry, energy technology, mining).
  • Multilingualism, especially Spanish.
