Your responsibilities

• Insurance brokerage via telephone
• Advice and sales via incoming and outgoing calls
• Customer service via phone and chat

Who are you?

We believe that you:

• Have at least a high school education
• Have fluent knowledge of Finnish as well as good knowledge of Swedish and/or English in both speech and writing
• Are confident in communication and enjoy interacting with people
• Are resident in Sweden

Practical information

• Location: Remote – work is performed from home within Sweden
• Employment type: Full-time (40 hours/week), 6-month probation period
• Working hours: Monday–Thursday 08:30–17:15, Friday 08:30–15:45
