Are you looking for a varied role where sales, customer contact, and administration go hand in hand?

We are now looking for a new colleague for our office in Gothenburg. Here, you will work closely with our customers, helping them find the right water purification solutions and being an important part of our daily operations.

About Onlinefilter

Onlinefilter is a rapidly growing e-commerce company that helps individuals, businesses, and property owners across Sweden to obtain clean and safe water.

We offer everything from water analysis to complete water purification systems, guiding our customers every step of the way to the right solution.

We are part of the Bluewater Group, combining the security of a larger corporation with the speed and entrepreneurial spirit of a smaller company. Today, we are a small team, which means short decision-making paths, significant personal responsibility, and the opportunity to influence how we work.

About the Role

You will have daily contact with our customers via phone and email, helping them find the right products, following up on quotes, and ensuring that orders are handled from placement to delivery. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering phone calls and helping customers find the right products and solutions via phone and email
  • Following up on quotes and customer inquiries
  • Working in our systems for order, inventory, and customer management
  • Processing and following up on incoming orders
  • Contributing to the optimization of our routines and working methods

We actively work with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude. You do not need to be an expert, but we believe you are curious about how new technology can make work easier and more efficient.
